JEE Main April 2020 – BE BTech BArch and BPlanning Engineering Admission

NTA National Testing Agency has started online registration for JEE Main April 2020 eligibility examination. JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) is an eligibility examination for B.E./BTech and BArch Engineering and architecture courses in in 31 NITs, 20 IIITs and other colleges in India and serves as a prelim selection for JEE Advanced.. The application is in online mode only. NTA conducts the JEE Main twice a year January and April.

Educational Qualification:

JEE Main qualifying examination:
10+2 [OR] Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination [OR]Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy [OR] Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects. [OR] Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or in any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by AIU.[OR] Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination [OR] Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. [OR] General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level. [OR] High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.

B.E/B.TECH:
Passed qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with
one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
B.ARCH:
Passed qualifying examination with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
B.PLANNING:
Passed qualifying examination with Mathematics.

General/Gen-EWS/ OBC(NCL):
For Indian Boys-Rs 650/- and Girls- Rs 325/-
For foreign Boys-Rs 3000/- and Girls- Rs 1500/-

SC/ST/PwD/Transgender:
For Indian Boys-Rs 325/- and Girls- Rs 325/-
For foreign Boys-Rs 1500/- and Girls- Rs 1500/-

B.E./B.Tech & B. Arch [or] B.E./B.Tech & B. Planning [or] B.E./B.Tech, B. Arch & B.Planning [or] B.Arch & B.Planning:

General/Gen-EWS/ OBC(NCL):
For Indian Boys-Rs 1300/- and Girls- Rs 650/-
For foreign Boys-Rs 6000/- and Girls- Rs 3000/-

SC/ST/PwD/Transgender:
For Indian Boys-Rs 650/- and Girls- Rs 650/-
For foreign Boys-Rs 3000/- and Girls- Rs 3000/-

Age limit:
For appearing in the JEE (Main) examination there is no age limit for the candidates.

Commencement of Registration of Application : 07.02.2020
Last date for Registration of Application : 06-03-2020 @ 11.50 PM
Dates of Examination : Between 05.04.2020, 07.04.2020 to 09.04.2020 & 11.04.2020
Announcement of Results : 30.04.2020

How to apply JEE Main April 2020 entrance exam online?

Go to official JEE Main April 2020 website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
Then click on the Application Form for JEE Main April 2020 Button.
Then click New Registration.
Read the information bulletin and click here to proceed button.
And complete the application and pay the application fee.
During the JEE Main April 2020 online application process you need to upload photo and signature.
Finally take a print out of your application.
