Steno-Typist Gr-III: Candidates Should Possess a pass in 10th STD and Government Technical Examination in Typewriting Higher Grade in English and Shorthand by lower Grade (English)
Preferred Qualification : Higher Grade Qualification in shorthand both in English and Tamil

Typist: Candidates Should Possess a pass in 10th STD and Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by Higher Grade in English and atleast lower Grade in Tamil.

Fieldman: passed in 10th and must be able to ride a bicycle.

Messenger: VIII Standard passed.
