10+2/Intermediate Examination and D Pharma with minimum 55% in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India.

B Pharma with minimum 50% marks and registered with State Pharmacy Council/ Pharmacy Council of India will also be eligible.
