If you are new user click the New User ? Register No link and register. This is one time registration. keep username and password in safe place.
Then Login to the website through your Registration Number and password.
Then Click Apply link in SSC Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPF section under Latest Notifications tab.
During the online application process you need to upload photo and signature.
Pay your fee and submit the application.
Finally take a print of your application.
